EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Attorney Yuri Tsyganov, was born and raised in the Russian Federation and is proficient in written and spoken Russian. He received dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from Rutgers University. Mr. Tsyganov was consistently on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Rutgers’s Pre-Law Society. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor and Professional Experience from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where he was a Student Bar Association representative. While in law school, Mr. Tsyganov competed in the prestigious Williem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.
