Attorneys and Clients are encouraged to refer their Clients, Family Members Relative and Friends who may potentially have Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Credit Card Debt/Lawsuits or Credit Restoration issues.
We can assure you that the representation of any referral would be undertaken with the full understanding that the referring source also has its reputation involved which absolutely must be protected. This is a small law firm, and as such, can and does provide personal service, quality representation, and excellent follow up.
For Referring Attorneys, pursuant to Florida Law and Florida Bar rule 4-1.5, We will preserve your referral fee. The Rules Governing the Florida Bar do not permit us to share fees with non-lawyers so we cannot and would not make that promise as it would be an ethical breach.
